Lothian Lavender Garden Visit

Service Description

Enjoy a wee visit to our Scottish lavender garden outside Edinburgh in the pretty East Lothian countryside. Learn how we distil essential oils here in our farm cottage garden and how to grow lavender successfully in your own garden. Sue and her family have been growing lavender in Scotland since 2009 and have run the lavender garden since 2021. Parking and bike racks are both available outside the garden. Public toilets and cafes are available in the local village of Gifford 0.5 mile away so please make use of these before or after your visit eg. Lantern Rouge cafe. We also have plants and gifts for sale in 'The Lavender Barn' during your visit. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear as the weather is unpredictable and we are based on a farm. The lavender garden entrance and parking is signposted (please do not park at the farm steading). This booking form is for booking outside of our open day weekends in July 2026. Perfect for those needing a quieter visit as our open days can be busy.
