Lothian Lavender is nestled at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills in East Lothian, just outside the conservation village of Gifford. Known as the 'Garden of Scotland', East Lothian has proven itself to be well suited to growing lavender.

FOR THE SKIN
I grow lavender and other aromatic plants in my cottage garden and use their unique properties and aromas to add a special quality to my handmade body care range.
My current body care range of Hand creams and Soaps each have my home distilled essential oil as one of the lovely ingredients.
My body care range is VEGAN FRIENDLY and
NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS.
HOME DISTILLED OILS
I create aromatic essential oils from the lavender I grow here in my cottage garden on the East Coast of Scotland. My Lavender essential oil contains the wonderful gentle aromas of the plants I grow.
My lavender plants are hand harvested and distilled in our traditional copper still.
'We are Scottish Lavender Growers, focusing on producing quality herbal and lavender oils that go into our unique skincare range.
Lothian Lavender started out in 2010, when I began making hand embroidered lavender bags on the kitchen table using lavender grown in my garden. These little refillable bags were so popular that I planted a field of lavender to keep up with my customers demand for them!
My lavender business has literally grown from there. Over the next four years my range of lavender gifts evolved and they began to appear in local shops and craft fairs.
In 2014, I married a local farmer, Grant, and moved to Redshill Farm. In 2015, we built a workshop on the farm to provide more space for me to create and develop products.
In 2016, the lavender plants were moved from my field and replanted at the farm in their own small paddock. In 2021, the lavender plants moved again to our more sheltered cottage garden where they have been coping much better with our altitude and Scottish weather.
I love living on the farm and I hope my passion for my herbs, lavender and lifestyle comes through in every one of my gifts. Enjoy my website and follow our journey...
